By using the SkyInventories platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the China–Ghana logistics dashboard.

1. Authorized Access Only

Access to this platform is restricted to authorized partners and staff. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access.

2. Use of Logistics Tools

Users agree to provide accurate and timely manually-entered data. Any intentional falsification of shipment status or warehouse records is a violation of our service terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

SkyInventories provides the digital interface for tracking and management. While we strive for 100% uptime and data accuracy:

• We are not liable for physical cargo loss or damage occurring during ocean or land transit.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, port authorities, or maritime conditions.
• The digital tracking status is for informational purposes and does not constitute a legal bill of lading.

4. Partner White-Labeling

Partners using the Skyline "White-label" features agree to maintain the confidentiality of the underlying SkyInventories infrastructure while presenting their own brand to their end-customers.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our logistics network grows. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
