1. Data Collection & Account Creation

Private System: SkyInventories is a closed logistics management platform. Accounts are not created by the general public. Instead:

• System administrators create authorized accounts for logistics partners and internal staff.
• Data collected during account creation is limited to business-essential information: Name, Business Email, and Telephone Number.

2. No Automated Tracking

Unlike many consumer apps, SkyInventories values data minimalism:

• No Location Tracking: We do not collect background or real-time GPS location data from your device.
• Manual Data Entry: All shipment updates, container status changes, and warehouse arrivals are entered manually by authorized personnel.
• No Cookies for Marketing: We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or third-party marketing.

3. How We Use Data

Information provided is used solely for the operation of the China–Ghana shipping corridor:

• To maintain the security of the shipment lifecycle.
• To allow partners to identify which staff member updated a shipment record.
• To generate internal reports on logistics performance.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect the transit data and account information stored within our servers. Since accounts are provided by administrators, users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

5. Data Deletion

Users who wish to have their account or associated data removed should contact their system administrator or email us at the contact address provided on our homepage.
